Company was incorporated on 28th November 1991 as Pvt. Ltd. Company in the state of Maharashtra and converted in a public limited Company on 16th December 1991. Certificate
of Incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. Registered office of the Company is located at Bombay and its factories will be at Wada, Dist Thane, Maharashtra. The date of commencement of business was November 28th, 1991. The Company has entered into Capital Market in the Month of March 11, 1993 with the object of

i) part financing the cost of the project

ii) to meet the margin of the Working Capital

iii) to get the Equity Shares listed on the Stock Exchanges.

iv) to meet the Issue expenses.

The Shares of the Company got listed on the Bombay, Indore and Ahmedabad Stock Exchanges since July 1993. The commercial production of the Company started in June-July,
1993. The Company has been promoted with the main object of producing basic food items of day to day consumption having high nutritive value. The Company has started manufacturing
various food items in the year 1993 viz. Rice, Wheat flour, Dal, Oil and Tomato ketchup. The Registered office of the Company is located at Bombay, Maharashatra. The Company's factories are located at Wada, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra, Daman(Union Territory) and at Pardi (Dist. Sulsar, Gujarat).

-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from "Mohammedi House, G-3, Gr. Floor, 35 B St. Martins Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai 400050" to 3rd Floor, Industrial Assurance Building, Churchgate, Mumbai 400020.
