The Company was originally incorporated at New Delhi as "Angel Enterprises Private Limited" on 19th December, 1990 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide certification of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi & Haryana.The Company was converted in to Public Limited Company and consequently the name was changed to "Angles Enterprises Limited" vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated 23rd January, 1995 issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi & Haryana.

AEL was formed with an object to carry on the business of agriculture operations predominately in to rice and also engaged in to operations of research on agribusiness, food processing and allied sectors.

The Company came out with its public offering in the year 1995 and obtained listing on DSE.

The Company is engaged in the business of trading and merchandising of agricultural produce.Company has undertaken a wide range of studies of agribusiness, food processing and allied sectors.
