-HB Estate Developers Limited was initially incorporated under the name of HB Housing & Development Corporation Limited on 20th September, 1994 with the main object of development of commercial and residential complexes. The name of the company was subsequently changed on 23rd January 1996 to HB Estate Developers Ltd.

-Pursuant to a Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the Delhi High Court the Real Estate Division of HB Stockholdings Limited (formerly HB Portfolio Leasing Limited) was transferred to and vested in the Company.

-The Company is primarily engaged in the development of commercial complexes. The Company is also planning to enter into development of residential complexes.

2003

-HB Estate Developers Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on December 24, 2003 have considered and approved delisting of shares from stock exchanges at Ahmedabad, Chennai, Delhi & Kolkata Stock Exchanges and also seeking the fresh approval of the shareholders in the ensuing AGM.

2004

-Mr. Lalit Bhasin has been appointed as the Chairman of the BoD of the Company.

2005

-Delist Equity Shares from The Stock Exchange, Ahmedabad (ASE) with effect from January 24, 2005.

-Delist Equity Shares from The Stock Exchange, Madras (MSE) with effect from February 16, 2005.

2007

-HB Estate Developers Ltd has appointed Mr. Rajesh Jain as Additional Director on the Board of the Company.

2008

-Company has informed that the E-mail ID for the purpose of grievance redressel of Investors is "[email protected]"

2009

-Board has recommended dividend at the rate of Re 1/- per equity share (i.e. 10%).

2010

-Board has recommended dividend at the rate of Re 1/- per equity share (i.e. 10%).

2011

-Board has recommended dividend at the rate of Re 1/- per equity share (i.e. 10%).

2012

-Board has recommended dividend at the rate of Re 1/- per equity share (i.e. 10%) for the year 2012.
