The Company was incorporated on 27th September, 1993 as a Private Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay and was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company by passing a special resolution in the E.G.M. held on 17th November, 1993 and obtained a fresh incorporation certificate on conversion from the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra on December 14, 1993.

PRESENT BUSINESS

The Company has carried out investments in capital market on its own behalf and on behalf of its clients successfully. The total income from such operations before tax for the year ended 31 st March, 1994 is Rs. 1.52 lacs approximately on the basis of 6 months working giving a return of 30%. The Company has also invested its own funds in various listed Companies. The book value of such investment as at 31 st March 1994 was Rs.14.84 lacs.
