Hartron Communications Ltd. was incorporated on 7th October, 1993, in Joint Sector by Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. (HARTRON), Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (HSIDC) and Sh. Satvir Singh and Associates.

The Company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of C-DOT 128 P RAX (Rural Automatic Exchanges). The Company commenced Commercial production in January 1991 with production of 128 P RAX with C-DOT technology.

The Company was promoted in Joint Sector by Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. (HARTRON) and Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (HSIDC) in association with and Sh. Satvir Singh and Sh. Sanjeet Malik.

At present Hartron Communications Ltd. is a Joint Sector project with Equity participation, as detailed herebelow:
HARTRON 26%
HSIDC 15%
Sh. Satvir Singh & his Associates 59%
(Sh. Shamsher Singh, Sh. Sanjeet Kumar & others).

2010

-The Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from Valley Estate Mansa Devi Road Panchkula to Plot No B 7 & B 8, Sector 32 Gurgaon.
