The Company was incorporated as G N A Axles Limited on September 6, 1993, at Jalandhar, as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956. The Company obtained a certificate of commencement of business on April 5, 1994. As of the date of this Red Herring Prospectus, the Company has 10 shareholders.

-Commissioned Lasco extrusion press supported by robots and electric heat treatment furnace at Unit II
