The Company was originally incorporated as "Global Longlife Hospital and Research Private Limited" as a private limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated January 20, 2012 bearing Corporate Identification Number U85110GJ2012PTC068700 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Subsequently, the Company was converted in to a public limited Company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders at the EGM held on August 05, 2021 and consequently the name of the Company was changed to ?Global Longlife Hospital and Research Limited? and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad dated August 31,2021.
