The company is engaged in construction business in cities in Pune, Bombay and Bangalore.

The company is promoted by Mr. Sushil P. Mantri, Mr. Subas P. Mantri and Mr. Sandeep P. Mantri of well-known Mantri Group of Pune.

The main activity of the Mantri Group is real estate development and housing construction. Having commenced their construction activities in 1986 through their Partnership Firm, Mantri Constructions, the Group has an imppresive track-record of completing more than 18 projects and handling over more than 1100 tenements in Pune and its suburbs. The Group is also engaged in Exports, Leasing & Finance and Share Broking but the turnover from these business is not significant and the main activity of the group is Housing & Construction. The Group has a representative office in Dubai which facilitates marketing of real estate and promotion of exports.
