The company was incorporated on 06/12/1990 as a Public Limited Company & obtained Certificate for Commencement of Business on 9/7/91 from Registrar of Companies (ROC) Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh at Jalandhar.

The Company is promoted by Sh.Deep Chand Jain and his sons, jointly with Madhya Pradesh Audhyogik Vikas Nigam (MPAVN), in the assisted sector.

The Company is engaged in manufacturing cotton hosiery yarn of various counts at Pithampura Industrial Area, Phase III, Dist. Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, a centrally declared 'C' category Backward Area. Commercial production of cotton yarn commenced in the month of August 1993 with an installed capacity of 4800 spindles at its spinning unit. Since then
the Company has installed all the 1248O spindles as envisaged in the initial project in a phased manner.

-Company has made a reference to BIFR as per the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 and has been registered with the BIFR as a Sick Unit.
