as a public limited company with the name ÂGenus Paper & Boards LimitedÂ. Our Company received certificate of

commencement of business on January 13, 2012. The registered office of our company is situated at Village

Aghwanpur, Kanth Road, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh-244001. Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement between

Genus Paper Products Limited (GPPL), Genus Power Infrastructures Limited (GPIL), our Company and their

respective shareholders and creditors, which was approved by the HonÂble High Court of Allahabad, vide order

dated October 29, 2013 the ÂNon Power Infrastructure Undertaking/BusinessÂ stands demerged from GPIL and has

been transferred to and vested in our Company.

2015
-The equity shares of Genus Paper & Boards Ltd (Scrip Code: 538961) are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'T' Group Securities.

2018

-Genus Paper & Boards Ltd has said that it has taken on lease a Kraft paper manufacturing facility for 5 Years with effect from 22nd January 2018.Â

2020

-A company in the name of ÂKailash Paper and Coke LimitedÂ has been incorporated in India as 100% Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Genus Paper & Boards Limited.

2021

-The Company has approved Scheme of Amalgamation of NS Papers Limited and Genus Paper & Boards Limited along with the Resolution Plan through NCLT.

2022

-The Company has successfully commenced the commercial production of Duplex Paper from one of production Lines, at Company's new Unit located at Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.

-The Company has successfully commenced the commercial production of Kraft Paper Machine Line, at Company's new Unit located at Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.
