YEAR EVENTS
1994 - The company was incorporated on 25th October, under the Companies
Act, 1956 as "GCCL Construction and Realities Limited" with the
Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedbad and obtained
certificate of commencement of business on 1st November.

- The Company is promoted by Shri Amam Shah and Shriraj Jhaveri for
the purpose of carry on the business of construction activities
of the increasing demand for residential and commercial complex.

- The main aim of the company is promoting constructing and
developing residential and commercial complexes.

- The Immediate object of the company is to establish the
facilities and to provide the services of construction and real
estate development.

1995 - The company is planning its activities of construction and
development of residential/commercial schemes in and around the
prime locations of Ahmedabad City.

- The Company has already entere into development agreements with
one scheme namely Matruashis Co Op. Housing Society Ltd. The
company is also negotiating wit other societies/ associations for
development of their properties.

1996 - During the year the Public Issue of the company of 67,49,200 No.
of Equity Shares of Rs. 10.00 each for cash at par aggregating to
Rs. 674.92 lacs.

1997 - The Company has changed its Accounting year from 30th June to
31st March. Therefore, the Accounting Year commenced on 1st
July.

-GCCL Construction & Realities shifted the registered office to A-115, Siddhi Vinayak Towers, B/h. DCP Office, off S.G. Highway, Makarba, Ahmedabad - 380051.
