Gangotri Cement Ltd was incorporated on 1st Ocotober, 1991 as a Pvt Ltd Company and was subsequently converted into Public Ltd Company in term of special resolution passed by the company at its Extra general meeting held on 18th March 1993 and a fresh certificate of incorporation obtained from the registrar of companies, Gwalior on 30.04.1993 and the name of the company was changed to Gangotri Cement Ltd. The company proposed to setup a slag portland cement manufacturing plant of 30,000 TPA capacity at Khrora village of Raipur District in M.P.

2010

- Gangotri Cement Ltd has informed that the Company have appointed an Independent Director Mr. Deepak V. shah w.e.f. August 16, 2010 in the Company.
