The Company was incorporated as Apollo Fittings Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 on January 10, 2003 in New Delhi. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to Mahabir Metallex Private Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 13, 2014. Further, The Company was converted into a public limited company vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 07, 2014 and consequently the name of the Company was changed to Mahabir Metallex Limited.
Initially the registered office of the company was situated at 143, Jagriti Enclave, Delhi - 110092. The registered office was shifted to A-3, NDSE, Part I, New Delhi - 110049 vide Board Resolution dated February13, 2014.

-Company name has changed to Ganesha Ecoverse Ltd. from SVP Housing Ltd..Â

-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 6:5 at a premium of Rs. 25 per share.
