Ganesh Foundry & Castings Limited was incorporated on 26th May 1988 as a private limited company and was converted into a public limited company on 30th March, 1992 with the object of setting-up steel furnaces, re-rolling mill, steel plant and foundry for manufacturing and to carry on the business of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, metal castings and compounds. It started its manufacturing process with an installed capacity of 1500 tpa of alloy steel castings in 1988 with term loan assistance from Bihar State Credit And Investment Corporation Limited. The company does not have any subsidiary company at present.

The company was promoted by Mr. Om Prakash Bajoria and Mr. Ashok Kumar Bajoria.
