M/s Vikas Laminator Ltd. (VLL) was originally incorporated
on 30th May, 1988, as a Private Ltd. Company with
Registrar of Companies at Delhi & Haryana. The Company was
subsequently converted into a Public Ltd. Company an 28th
March, 1994 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was
obtained from Registrar of Companies. The company has been
promoted by Shri Mahesh K. Rustagi, Rajesh K. Rustagi and
Dinesh K. Rustagi, however, the original subscribers to
the Memorandum of Association were S/Sri Mahesh Kumar
Rustagi, Rajesh Kumar Rustagi, Dinesh Kumar Rustagi and
Smt. Urmila Kumari Rustagi,

The company setup its first unit for the manufacture of
Flexible Packaging Material (Polystar/ Paperbased) with an
installed capacity of 450 MT/annum at F-43, Sector Xi,
Noida in 1989. This unit started its commercial production
in May, 1989. The company is presently utilising its
existing capacity at more than 90% level.

-The Registered office of the company has been changed from current address to S-518, Ground Floor, School Block, Shakar Pur, Delhi - 110092.
