Our Company was incorporated as “G V Electricals Private Limited” on February 28, 1985, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. Thereafter, our Company was converted from private limited to public limited, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary General meeting held on September 01, 2025 and the name of our Company was changed from “G V Electricals Private Limited” to “G V Electricals Ltd” vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 04, 2025 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The Corporate identification number of our Company is U43210MH1985PLC035529.

1985

- Incorporation of our Company as “G.V. Electricals Private Limited” under the Companies Act, 1985.

2004

- Undertook an international EPC assignment in the Middle East involving erection, testing and commissioning of substations.

2012

- Change in promoter shareholding pursuant to share transfers dated April 18, 2012, resulting in induction of the current promoters.

2016

- Secured operation and maintenance (O&M) contracts for power distribution infrastructure in the state of Haryana.

2019

- Secured an additional O&M contract for power distribution infrastructure in Haryana.

2023

- Secured a contract valued at approximately ?200 crore for execution of electrical infrastructure works in eastern India.

- Received recognition for service performance from a major power distribution utility.

2024

- Received recognition for operational performance from a power distribution utility.

2025

- Secured a contract valued at approximately ?150 crore for feeder remote terminal (FRT) deployment under a power distribution project in western India.

- Received multiple performance-based recognitions from power distribution utilities for execution and maintenance of LT/HT lines and substations.

- Conversion of the Company from a private limited company to a public limited company.
