The Company was incorporated as ÂEris Lifescience Private LimitedÂ on January 25, 2007, as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956, at Ahmedabad, with a certificate of incorporation granted by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Pursuant to a resolution of the Shareholders dated February 5, 2007, the name of the Company was changed to ÂEris Lifesciences Private LimitedÂ and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli on February 9, 2007. Further, pursuant to a conversion of the Company to a public limited company, and as approved by the Shareholders through a resolution dated January 31, 2017, the name was changed to ÂEris Lifesciences LimitedÂ and the RoC issued a fresh certificate of incorporation on February 2, 2017.
