YEAR EVENTS
1993 - The Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on
24th June under the Companies Act 1956. The Company was subsequently
converted into a public limited company on 5th January 1994, in terms of the special
resolution dated 15th December 1993 passed under sec 31(1)/44 of the Companies
Act, 1956.

- The Company proposes to set up a project for the manufacture of Folic Acid and Niacin
with an installed capacity of 18 MT and 130 MT per annum respectively. A pilot plant has
been established and the samples produced have passed the quality grade test for
IP, BP and USP.

- The Company has been engaged in the planning, obtaining of various clearances/approvals
and implementation of the project for manufacture of Folic Acid and Niacin.

1995 - The Company has tied up with Delta Trade International Ltd. of United Kingdom for
buy-back of its products for five years from the date of first consignment.

1996 - The Company has commenced commercial production of Niacin on 3rd November.

- The Company also entered into U.S.A., South American Countries, Brazil and Thailand
Markets to name a few, where the demand for your Company's products is much higher
compared to the other countries.

1997 - Shri. V. Rao Bathina, Director of the Company has resigned from the board due to his
pre occupation

2001 - The Company has signed an agreement with NSDL, CDSL, Venture Capital and
Corporate Investments Ltd, Hyderabad (R&T agents), for dematerialisation.
