The company is promoted by Shri Dinanath Agrawal. Shri Dinanath Agrawal resigned from the Board on 22/03/94 and subsequently Shri Sanjay Agrawal and Shri Manoj Agrawal, promoters of Indo Zinc Ltd., an established Company manufacturing zinc joined the Company on 15.03.94.

The present business of the company is making investments and providing consultancy services.
