Contingent Liabilities have not been booked and provided for in the books of accounts.

Change after the Balance Sheet date

No material change has occurred after the Balance sheet date till the date of adoption of financial statements by the Board of Directors affecting the financial statements.

Government Grants

No Government grants have been received during the year.

Balance of Debtors and Creditors

Debit and Credit Balances of Sundry Debtors and sundry Creditors and Loans and advances are subject to confirmation. It has been certified by the management that there is no payment outstanding to small scale industry as at 31st March.2011.

Related Party Disclosures

No transaction has been done with "Related Party" during the year.

Deferred Tax Liability

Deferred Tax Asset of Rs nil has been adjusted with Deferred Tax Liability of the Previous Year and the balance shown as Deferred Tax Liability.
