.Our Company was incorporated as ÂSSN Logistics Private LimitedÂ, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on June 22, 2011. Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed to ÂDelhivery Private LimitedÂ, pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on December 8, 2015. On the conversion of our Company to a public limited company, pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders on September 29, 2021 our name was changed to ÂDelhivery LimitedÂ and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC on October 12, 2021.
