The Company was incorporated as “Deep Polymers Private Limited” on September 13, 2005 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Gujarat bearing Registration No. 046757. The status of the Company was changed to a public limited company and the name of the Company was further changed to “Deep Polymers Limited” by a special resolution passed on March 06, 2018. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to the change of name was granted to the Company on April 6, 2018, by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad at Gujarat.
