The Company was incorporated as Smartlink Network Systems Ltd. on May 26, 2008 under the
Companies Act, 1956 under CIN No. U72900GA2008PLC005775 and obtained the certificate of
commencement of business on 13th August 2008 . The name of the Company was changed to

D-Link (India) Limited on 15th July 2009 pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement passed by the
HonÂble High Court of Mumbai, Goa Bench on February 27, 2009.

The Registrar of Companies Goa has issued the fresh certificate of incorporation consequent
upon change in name of the Company effective from 15th July 2009.

The Registered Office of the Company is at L-5, Verna Electronic City, Vena Plateau, Salcette,
Verna, Goa - 403722.

2010

- The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. A. P. Chen the existing Director as the Non Executive Chairman of the Company.

- The Board also appointed Chief Finance Officer Mr. C. M. Gaonkar as the Executive Director on the Board.

- DLINK IND - Company launches the world's first energy-saving Managed Green Ethernet Switch.

2011

- Mr. Tushar Sighat has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company.

-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted Plot No. L-5, Verna Electronic City, Verna, Salcette, Goa - 403722 To Plot No. U02B, Verna Industrial Estate, Verna, Salcette, Goa - 403722.
