Credence Sound and Vision was incorporated on 17th May 1991 as a Public limited Company, registered with the Registrar of Companies at Bombay. It received the certificate of commencement of business in September 1992 with a pilot scale computer graphics and animation suite. The company is currently in the business of creating computer images. The images when recorded sequentlially and played create the illusion of animation. The clips made by the company are used in advertising films and television programs. The company has excecutred several assignments for programs telecast on Star TV and Prime Sports.

Credence Sound and Vision has taken up the production of films for Corporates and Industrial Houses. The films are used for corporate public relation excercises. The Company has commenced the production of pilot episodes for marketing of Television series to the various telecasting networks. The clients of the company includes Professional Management group, Nimbus Communication, Asia Television Network, Lintax, Times TV & Mudra Videotech.

The company has been empaneled with the Directrate General of Dordarshan vide their letter dated 07.07.94 for the production of documentaries, science programs ans serial on works of fiction.

2001

-The Company declared subdivision of face value of Rs.10/- per share into face value of Rs.2/- each.
