The Company was incorporated in New Delhi as ÂCareer Launcher (India) Private LimitedÂ on April 25, 1996 under the Companies Act 1956, with the RoC. Pursuant to a resolution of the shareholders dated April 25, 2000, the Company was converted to a public limited company following which the name was changed to ÂCareer Launcher (India) LimitedÂ, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC on June 17, 2000. Pursuant to a resolution of the shareholders dated February 28, 2011, the name was changed to ÂCL Educate LimitedÂ, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC on March 18, 2011. the name was changed to enable the identification of the Company with the ÂCLÂ brand.
