Consequent upon the conversion of the Company to public limited company and as approved by the shareholders of the company pursuant to a special resolution dated 19-05-2018, the name of the Company was changed to ÂCITY PULSE MULTIPLEX LIMITED.Â and fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 28 2018 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
