Cauvery Software Engineering Systems Ltd. was incorporated on 8th January,1991 at Bangalore in the State of Karnataka. The main objects of the Company, among others, are to design, develop, sell and export computer software and promote institutions for imparting education in computers and allied activities.

The Company proposes to establish a software development centre for the export market. This centre is proposed to be located at Bangalore in the Government Sponsored Software Technology Park.

The Company also proposes to set up state-of-the-art Computer Software Training Centres at Bombay Delhi and Faridabad.The Company is promoted by the LAN ESEDA Group.The Company made a public issue of 45,00,000 No. of equity shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at par aggregating Rs 450 lacs in November.

1992

-The Company has been engaged in the development of software for export purposes and domestic market.

-The Company intends to set up a plant for manufacture of alloy, constructional and stainless steels, comprising of most modern 40-ton Electric Arc Furnace, Ladle Furnace, VD/VOD a Bloom Caster and a multi product Rolling Mill with diverse end products such as light and medium structurals, medium and heavy rounds in low, medium carbon, alloy and constructional steels and stainless steels.

1993

-The Company proposes to set up a 160,000 TPA steel plant at Butibori near Nagpur, Maharashtra.

1996

-The Company will receive licences for setting up power projects in various states of India.

2000

-The Company has executed tripartite agreement with NSDL and Bigshare Ser. Pvt. Ltd.
