The company proposes to manufacture HDPE Pipes & Fittings, Rigid reinforced Flexible PVC Hoses and Nylon Braided PVC Hoses. The company's site is at ZAK Village, Naroda Dehgam State Highway, Nr. Ahmedabad city in Gujarat. The company's marketing and distribution net work is being up by a team of
140 dealers divided into various districts and subdistricts situated at the main strategic towns all over the country.

-The Company recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.165 (1.65%) on equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
