Our Company was originally incorporated as “Shyam Dhani Industries Private Limited” at Jaipur as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated October 19, 2010, issued by the RoC, Rajasthan. Subsequently, our Company was ... converted into a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to the approval accorded by our Shareholders at their extra-ordinary general meeting held on August 20, 2024. Consequently, the name of our Company was changed to “Shyam Dhani Industries Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from a private limited company to a public limited company was issued to our Company by the Central Processing Centre on October 08, 2024, and our Corporate Identification Number (CIN) is U15499RJ2010PLC033117.
