Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to ... shareholders resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on March 06, 2024 and the name of our Company was changed from “Paradeep Parivahan Private Limited” to “Paradeep Parivahan Limited” vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 03, 2024 having CIN U63090OR2000PLC006379 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
