Thereafter name of the Company was changed from “Yoghim Zippers Private Limited” to “Yoghim Ziptech Private Limited” pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on April 29, 2002 consequently to name change a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was granted to our Company on May 13, 2002 by the Registrar of Companies, National Territory of Delhi & Haryana. Further name of the Company was changed from the “Yoghim Ziptech Private Limited” to “Infonative Solutions Private Limited” pursuant to the special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on March 29, 2014 consequently to name change a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was granted to our Company on April 3, 2014 by the Registrar of Companies, National Territory of Delhi & Haryana. Subsequently our Company was converted into a Public Company vide special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on June 18, 2024, and consequently, the name of our Company was changed from “Infonative Solutions Private Limited” to “Infonative Solutions Limited” and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 2, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, bearing CIN U72900DL1998PLC096508.
