Our Company was originally incorporated as “Aptus Pharma Private Limited” as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated August 12, 2010, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Subsequently, our ... Company was converted into a public limited company in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders in their extraordinary general meeting held on November 30, 2024.
