Our Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name “Active Infrastructures Private Limited” pursuant to the provisions of Part II of the Companies Act, 1956 and a certificate of incorporation dated September 26, 2007, was issued by Registrar of ... Subsequently, our Company has been converted into a public limited company and the name of our Company changed to “Active Infrastructures Limited” pursuant to a special resolution passed at the Extra- Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on June 12, 2024, and a Certificate of incorporation dated August 09, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
